About Chuck
Mr. Morn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Penn State University and a Master of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Michigan. He worked in Atlanta for thirteen years for Ernst & Young (formerly Arthur Young & Company). After leaving Ernst & Young, Mr. Morn co-founded North Highland, an employee-owned management consulting firm in Atlanta. In 2007, he accepted, on behalf of North Highland, the “Innovations in Employee Ownership” award from the National Center of Employee Ownership (NCEO).
Mr. Morn has made presentations on various ESOP topics to conferences for the ESOP Association and the NCEO. He has served on the Boards of Directors of several ESOP Companies, and has been a Board Member of 1910 Legacy for the over seven years. In May of 2023, the Board of 1910 legacy Enterprises appointed Mr. Morn as CEO to serve during the search for a permanent CEO.
