Skip Paterson

Skip Paterson Independent Director Skip Paterson brings a broad range of business and industry expertise to the board, spanning from construction, telecommunications and energy to software and manufacturing. He has held leadership roles at PeopleThought, LLC, ITT Cannon, Activant Solutions/Epicor, Alliant Energy, JD Edwards/PeopleSoft, KN Energy/Kinder Morgan, BellSouth/Cingular, and Parker Hannifin. He also serves as a board member of Cathedral Holdings, Inc. and Concrete Supply Company, Inc., both fully employee-owned companies. Skip earned his BS in General Management from Purdue University and his MBA from Indiana University. He is a certified director and senior human resources professional, and a member of SHRM and NACD.
